From the perspective of a teacher, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Principal of Nguyen Du Lao-Vietnamese Bilingual School, completely agrees with the spirit of comprehensive innovation and aspiration for development expressed in the Draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

According to her, the policy of building a modern, integrated education system on par with the region and the world is an urgent requirement for rapid, sustainable development, with people and knowledge at the center.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong believes that education needs to be placed at the center of the national development strategy, because education not only imparts knowledge but also nurtures faith, aspirations, personality and civic spirit - the foundation for national self-reliance.

She also hopes that the Party and State will continue to pay attention to, support and train the team of Vietnamese language teachers abroad, helping them access modern pedagogical methods and improve their bilingual teaching capacity, because education is not only an intellectual activity but also a cultural bridge, people's diplomacy, connecting the overseas Vietnamese community with the Fatherland.

At the same time, the draft needs to clarify the direction of digital transformation in education, encourage the construction of cross-border online learning platforms so that Vietnamese students abroad can access domestic learning materials and accreditation programs.

The overseas Vietnamese community in Laos also believes that, in order to further promote the role and potential of overseas Vietnamese, an inseparable part of the nation, there needs to be breakthrough and synchronous policies. Specifically, it is necessary to first build and implement an educational and cultural policy towards overseas Vietnamese, focusing on supporting the development of the Vietnamese school system and Vietnamese language classes abroad, considering this as the "home of knowledge" of the overseas Vietnamese community.

Next, we should increase exchange activities, summer camps, and scholarships for overseas Vietnamese children to return home to study and gain experience, and at the same time establish a network of overseas Vietnamese intellectuals and businessmen so that they can contribute to technology transfer, research, and development of high-quality human resources.

Along with that is the completion of open policies on investment, knowledge transfer and recognition of overseas Vietnamese's international degrees and experiences, promoting digital transformation in community connection, aiming to build a platform of "Overseas Vietnamese Digital Community" to create a common space for Vietnamese people everywhere to participate in intellectual, economic and cultural activities towards the Fatherland.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, the outstanding new point of this draft is the policy of breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. This is a clear development of thinking, demonstrating the Party's strategic vision in the face of globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong is particularly fond of the view that innovation is an unlimited driving force for development. This thinking not only guides the economy but also opens up great opportunities for education - a field that needs to be a pioneer in applying technology, digital transformation and training creative people with critical thinking and digital skills.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong believes that if we harmoniously combine technological innovation and educational method innovation, focusing on developing creativity and digital adaptation capacity for the young generation, Vietnam can completely make a breakthrough and realize the goal of rapid and sustainable development as defined in the Draft.

The enthusiastic contributions of overseas Vietnamese in Laos to the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress demonstrate their deep affection, belief and responsibility for the Fatherland. Although far away from their homeland, the Vietnamese community in Laos always turns towards the country, ready to join hands and unite for the goal of prosperous development and happiness./.
