The Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to direct and guide localities and educational institutions to coordinate with families in implementing management and education measures, organizing summer activities including forms of entertainment, cultural and artistic activities, physical training, and life skills during the summer.

The Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to mobilize and encourage artists, artisans, athletes, and experts to organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities and develop talents.

Localities aim to organize healthy recreational activities, attracting children, pupils and students to participate, contributing to educating ethics, lifestyle, cultural behavior, life skills, and improving the effectiveness of comprehensive education.

The Prime Minister noted the need to disseminate and educate to raise awareness so that children, pupils and students comply with regulations on preventing accidents, injuries and drowning, especially in places with potential risks of insecurity and drowning. He also clarified the responsibilities of agencies, departments, schools and families in ensuring the safety of children during the summer vacation.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province or centrally-run city is fully responsible for the exam, ensuring 6 things: clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time, clear results.

At the same time, continue to review and propose to competent authorities to supplement the number of preschool and general education teachers that are lacking compared to the prescribed standards of the education sector. The Ministry of Education and Training is responsible for researching and finding appropriate and effective solutions to overcome the shortage of teachers, ensuring 2 teaching sessions/day.

Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall proactively review, arrange, and regulate preschool and general education teachers among educational institutions in the area to overcome the local surplus and shortage of teachers, and increase the number of seconded teachers and inter-school and inter-level teachers.
