Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025 is a prestigious event, bringing together management agencies, experts and leading enterprises to promote the trend of sustainable industrial development in the context of Vietnam welcoming a strong wave of FDI shift.

In the program, the Organizing Committee launched the voting category "For a green future" (VIPF Green Future Awards) - an annual award for investors with the orientation of developing ecological industrial parks, using clean energy, smart resource management and spreading sustainable values.

Among the many nominated enterprises, KN Holdings stands out with its comprehensive and long-term development strategy towards a green economy in the industrial real estate sector. With the vision of building new generation industrial parks, KN Holdings focuses on applying modern technology in planning, operating and managing infrastructure, ensuring harmony between economic growth and environmental protection.

The award “Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer with Green Transformation Strategy 2025” is not only a recognition from the professional community but also affirms KN Holdings’ commitment to creating new development standards for the Vietnamese industry.

In the context of restructuring the global supply chain, KN Holdings is implementing large-scale industrial park projects in Dong Nai - a key industrial center of the Southern region.

Two typical projects are Nam Long Thanh and Dong Long Thanh Industrial Parks, each with a phase 1 scale of about 1,000 hectares, planned according to the model of a new generation industrial park, synchronous, modern and environmentally friendly.

The highlight of the projects is the application of rooftop solar energy solutions, smart infrastructure, and efficient resource management systems to reduce carbon emissions and optimize energy efficiency. At the same time, KN Holdings aims to develop high-quality utilities and housing systems for workers and experts; build vocational training centers, research and innovation centers, thereby improving the quality of human resources and forming a sustainable industrial ecosystem.

Notably, the planning and design of the industrial parks were carried out in cooperation with Nippon Koei and Nikke – leading Japanese consulting firms, guaranteeing international standards in engineering, operation and sustainable development. This is a clear demonstration of KN Holdings’ commitment to systematic investment and long-term vision in building green and smart industrial spaces.
