Lai Chau honors hundreds of outstanding teachers and students

Reporting on the achievements of the industry, a representative of the Lai Chau Departmentof Education and Training said that in the 2024-2025 school year, Lai Chau has many dedicated teachers who have made many contributions to the work of reviewing, nurturing excellent students and guiding students in scientific and technical research.

At the end of the school year, the whole industry had 17 students winning prizes in the national high school excellent student competition; 701 students won prizes in the excellent student competition at all levels in cultural subjects.

Outstanding in achievements, there are 4 students who won high prizes in the national high school excellent student selection exam; 2 students who won high prizes in the national science and technology research competition; 190 students at all levels have excellent achievements, typical in emulation movements. Having made positive and important contributions to the achievements of students, there are 5 teachers who were commended and recognized for their many contributions in reviewing and nurturing excellent students at all levels.

Praising the achievements of outstanding teachers and students, comrade Tong Thanh Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that these achievements are not only the pride of individuals but also the pride of the whole Lai Chau province.

This is the result of the tireless efforts of teachers and students, and the contributions of parents and families who have cared for, accompanied and supported students throughout their learning and training process. The care of parents and families is the motivation for students to constantly strive and achieve high academic achievements.

With a tradition of studiousness and a will to “not be afraid of challenges”, Lai Chau teachers and students have continued to write miracles, turning the mountainous land into a cradle of talents - global citizens with Vietnamese identity.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also thanked VNPT Lai Chau for always paying attention and sponsoring the organization of the Commendation Ceremony over the past 5 years. The contribution of Lai Chau Telecommunications is not only a beautiful act, but also a message about the importance of socialization to support the development of education and training.

At the ceremony, Comrade Po Thi Hien, Chief Representative, Director of VNPT Lai Chau - an active companion of the Education and Training Department of Lai Chau province, also sent congratulations to the teachers and students who were commended and rewarded.

Comrade Po Thi Hien said that Lai Chau Telecommunications is honored to have accompanied the province's education and training sector in the process of innovation and development.

He hoped that the provincial Department of Education and Training would continue to create conditions for Lai Chau Telecommunications to actively and extensively participate in the digital transformation of the sector. Specifically, allowing Lai Chau Telecommunications to organize programs such as: "Digital education for the masses", "AI technology skills training for teachers and students"; coordinate the organization of programs "digital school", "Smart classroom" ...

With outstanding achievements, at the ceremony, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 teachers and 8 students with high achievements in the national excellent student selection exam and the national science and technology research competition. Lai Chau Department of Education and Training awarded Certificates of Merit to 190 outstanding students in emulation movements.
