Speaking at the launching ceremony of the model construction of "Solidarity, green-clean-beautiful border residential area" in Ta Lo San village, the representative of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien province said: With the desire to support the people in building Ta Lo San village into a solidarity border residential area, a green-clean-beautiful model on the border, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has issued a Project to build a model "Solidarity, green-clean-beautiful border residential area" in Ta Lo San village (Sen Thuong commune).
The total estimated budget for implementing the Project is 1.66 billion VND from the Provincial Fund for the Poor and socialized sources.
Accordingly, the Project focuses on supporting Ta Lo San village to build and repair 16 houses; restore 5 traditional Ha Nhi rammed earth houses; build 23 hygienic toilets; support 27 households to move livestock barns; support 1 rice milling machine; 6 breeding cows for 6 poor households; 2,700 purple cardamom seedlings; build a waste treatment area; level a 1-hectare playground; build a village welcome gate, 500m of village roads; repair the kindergarten and support some equipment for the village cultural house.
The implementation and completion time for supporting Ta Lo San residential area is from now until the end of the first quarter of 2026.

It is known that, implementing the policy of population dispersion to the border, in 1999 Ta Lo San village was established, initially with 19 households, 76 people, all of whom were Ha Nhi ethnic people. Up to now, the village has 27 households with 104 people, the poverty rate is 33%. Ta Lo San is currently one of the most remote and difficult border villages in the province.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates started to restore the traditional Ha Nhi rammed earth house for Mr. Ly Truong Son's family (Ta Lo San village), and at the same time checked the progress of the project's items.
