The members of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Executive Committee voted to elect two comrades: Major General Vu Hong Quang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hai Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Cao Bang City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and introduced him to the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking to thoroughly grasp the spirit of the Conference's content, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the proactive spirit, awareness of building the collective, creating favorable conditions for the personnel work in the next term of 2 comrades: Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council; Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, who proactively wrote a letter of retirement before the deadline from June 1.
Appreciating the contributions and dedication of comrades Trieu Dinh Le and Hoang Xuan Anh, the Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee also shared that, based on the report of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, the Secretariat has issued a document giving opinions for the Executive Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee to carry out the process of electing two additional Deputy Secretaries of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Accordingly, at the Conference, the members of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Executive Committee voted to elect two comrades: Major General Vu Hong Quang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hai Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Cao Bang City Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
As a result, comrades Vu Hong Quang and Le Hai Hoa received 39/39 votes, reaching a rate of 90.69% (Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee has 43 comrades, 39 comrades were present, the absent comrades had reasons).
Also at the Conference, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee announced the decision on the retirement of two comrades: Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council; Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee from June 1.
Two comrades To Vu Lap, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Hoang Tien Khang, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, retired early.

At the Conference, the leaders of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee awarded the 30-year Party membership badge to comrade Trieu Dinh Le; and the badge for the cause of building and developing Cao Bang province to comrades Trieu Dinh Le and Hoang Xuan Anh.
The conference also heard the announcement of decisions on assigning comrade Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee to direct the activities of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee and the activities of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee from June 1 until the completion of the positions of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Trung Thao, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, concurrently holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Agencies, directing the activities of the Party Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Agencies from June 1 until the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Agencies is completed.
Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee also assigned Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council to manage the activities of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council from June 1 until the position of Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council is completed.
