In which Zunya Shiny facial cleanser and Zun ya collagen 3D perfect whitening cream make up were recalled because the cosmetic products in circulation had formulas that were not consistent with the published records, and the labels stating the uses were not consistent with the published records.

7 products including Zun ya collagen 3D whitening day cream SPF50+++, Sun ya serum nano collagen 3D spot whitening, Zunya cleansing water, Zunya stem cell serum, Zunya pure clean peeling gel, Zunya essence suncream SPS 50+/PA +++ UVA/UVB protection, Sakenzin white day cream were recalled because they were circulated with labels stating uses inconsistent with the published records.

These products are organized and marketed by Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited, located in Thanh Ba District ( Phu Tho ).

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and cities to notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop selling and using the above products and return them to the suppliers.

Violating products must be recalled according to current regulations.

The Department also requested Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited to send recall notices to distributors and users of the above 9 products, accept returned products, and recall all products that do not meet regulations.

Recalled for destruction include 2 products Zunya Shiny facial cleanser and Zun ya collagen 3D perfect whitening cream make up.

Receive returned products from businesses and recall all products that do not meet regulations for 7 products: Zun ya collagen 3D whitening day cream SPF50+++, Sun ya serum nano collagen 3D spot whitening, Zunya cleansing water, Zunya stem cell serum, Zunya pure clean peeling gel, Zunya essence suncream SPS 50+/PA +++ UVA/UVB protection, Sakenzin white day cream.

In case the infringing element cannot be removed (the infringing label cannot be separated from the goods), the product must be destroyed.

The company must send a recall report of the above 9 products to the Department of Drug Administration before May 20, 2025.

Phu Tho Provincial Department of Health supervises Linh Anh General Trading & Service Company Limited in recalling a batch of products that do not meet regulations.

Previously, a batch of Hanayuki Shampoo - 300 gram bottles of the company run by singer Doan Di Bang's husband was also recalled and destroyed nationwide due to violating microbiological standards and containing ingredients not listed in the standard announcement.

This product is marketed by VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited and manufactured by EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company.
