Lam Dong has 3 units awarded the title of Cooperative Star in 2025

B'lao Ward People's Credit Fund (Bao Loc City) is one of three units in Lam Dong province to receive the Cooperative Star Award in 2025.

The units that won the Cooperative Star Award include: Tan Tien General Agricultural Service Cooperative (Ward 12, Da Lat City), Ha Nguyen STC Cooperative (Dinh Van Town, Lam Ha District) and B'Lao Ward People's Credit Fund (Bao Loc City).

The Cooperative Star Award aims to recognize and honor cooperatives and cooperative unions with outstanding achievements in production and business activities, contributing positively to the socio -economic development of the country. Thereby, contributing to affirming the role and position of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance system in developing the collective economy, while promoting propaganda and supporting members to link production and business according to the value chain, applying science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.

At the same time, it helps to enhance brand recognition and image of cooperatives in the process of development and international integration, promoting the cooperative model to develop quickly and sustainably.

In 2025, the Organizing Committee selected 100 outstanding cooperatives nationwide to award prizes, including: 55 agricultural cooperatives, 33 non-agricultural cooperatives and 12 people's credit funds. This is one of the activities in the month of action for cooperatives in 2025 and the international year of cooperatives 2025 launched by the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.

This is the second year that the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance has organized the CoopStar Awards. The award is for cooperatives operating in all sectors and fields of the economy, organized and operated according to the current Law on Cooperatives and the Law on Credit Institutions; with good management capacity; and with a minimum operating period of 3 years.

At the same time, they are active units in solving employment, increasing income for workers; supporting the development of member economies and household economies. Investing, expanding scale, applying scientific and technical advances, technical innovations in production and business activities to improve the quality of products and services.

The Cooperative Star Awards 2025 will be held on April 11 in Hanoi.
