This fund is taken from the targeted supplementary central budget. The Department of Finance requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to direct the withdrawal of budget estimates from the State Treasury. At the same time, organize the management, use, and settlement of funds in accordance with current regulations.

According to the allocation plan, the funds will be transferred to 30 communes and wards in the province to urgently repair the damage. Some localities that suffered heavy damage will receive large support, including: D'ran commune 7 billion VND, Hiep Thanh 7 billion VND, Duc Trong 6 billion VND; Ka Do, Cat Tien 1 and Cat Tien 2 communes each 5 billion VND. The remaining communes and wards will receive support from 2 to 4 billion VND depending on the level of damage.

Previously, on November 27, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued an official dispatch agreeing to temporarily allocate funds to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods. This is a targeted supplementary central budget source during the time when competent authorities have not yet decided to allocate and assign the 2025 budget expenditure estimate to provide emergency support to localities.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that as of November 27, the total damage caused by floods in the area was estimated at about 1,098 billion VND. Localities are continuing to review, compile statistics and assess the situation.
