The first Miss Yoga Vietnam contest

According to the organizers, the competition is held with the desire to create a useful and interesting exchange space for those who love yoga and spread the positive energy and good values ​​that yoga has brought to the community and society.

The “Miss Yoga Vietnam” contest aims to honor the comprehensive beauty of Vietnamese women not only through appearance but also through health, intelligence and spirit. Yoga – a discipline that helps develop physical and mental balance, plays a key role in the contest, aiming to convey the message of a healthy lifestyle and health care awareness. The contest also contributes to promoting yoga culture in Vietnam, creating conditions for yoga lovers to exchange, learn and develop.

At the same time, the contest will create a playground for women to express their confidence, bravery and inner beauty, demonstrating the harmony between physical beauty and mental strength. Miss Yoga Vietnam also encourages the community to apply yoga in daily life.

According to the organizers, after the contest was launched in April 2024, the organizers received hundreds of applications from not only domestic candidates but also overseas Vietnamese who wanted to return to Vietnam to participate. The criteria for candidates to participate are to be between the ages of 18 and 45, 1m55 or taller, Vietnamese nationality, and a high school diploma.

The jury members include: Ms. Quynh Pham - Vice President of Hanoi Yoga Federation - International Coach, Mr. Kim Ba - Vice President of Hai Phong Yoga Federation and Yoga Queen Nguyen Thi Son... The final night will take place on October 19 in Ninh Binh. The final will have 50 contestants participating, finding 1 beauty queen and 4 runners-up. The contestants will go through the Ao Dai performance, evening gown performance, and artistic yoga competition. The top 10 contestants will enter the speech competition on the topic of yoga and life. After that, the 5 most outstanding beauties will compete in the behavioral competition.
