Spreading reading culture, supporting studious students

On the morning of November 15, the Vietnam Learning and Reading Culture Floor (Hocdoc.vn) and the Institute of Educational Sciences and Environment launched a book donation and scholarship awarding activity for students of the Faculty of Environment, University of Natural Sciences (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the faculty's establishment.

Representatives of the Institute of Educational Sciences and Environment and the Vietnam Reading and Culture Floor donated 150 million VND to the Alumni Scholarship Fund.

At the event, the Vietnam Learning and Reading Culture Floor (Hocdoc.vn) in collaboration with the Institute of Educational Sciences and Environment was honored to accompany and co-sponsor a series of activities to honor, connect and develop the alumni community, encourage the spirit of learning, research and develop a reading culture in the university environment.

Accordingly, representatives of the two organizations donated 150 million VND to the Faculty's Alumni Scholarship Fund. The fund aims to support students overcoming difficulties, encourage scientific research and nurture young talents in the fields of environment, green development and related fields.

At the same time, the Vietnam Learning and Reading Culture Floor (Hocdoc.vn) presented about 200 sets of books "The Road to the Future" - a philosophical, economic and cultural work that is considered one of the works that strongly inspires sustainable development thinking.

The book series provides perspectives on innovation, urban civilization, intellectual culture and the path to improving national competitiveness, and is expected to become a valuable learning resource for students and lecturers of the Faculty of Environment.

Within the framework of the event, the Vietnam Culture and Reading Floor (Hocdoc.vn) organized a booth to display and introduce 18 books on culture, education, philosophy and history to students; contributing to spreading the spirit of reading and building a knowledge-rich academic environment.
