Viet Hai village is peaceful in the blue smoke of the afternoon

No dust, no noise, no hustle and bustle of the city, but instead the fragrant smell of smoke from burning fields after harvest, herds of buffalo leisurely grazing, extremely familiar to the countryside people. That is a dream life for everyone.

I had to stop for a long time to breathe in and feel the very familiar, rustic life of the rural people.

Somewhere I have been searching for my own intact memories, longing to hear my mother's lullaby, my grandmother's betel chewing sound, the voices of children my age calling out to me after skipping their afternoon naps and sneaking out to play.

In the evening, on cool, moonlit nights, I was immersed in the fairy tales my father told me, playing hide-and-seek by the bamboo banks, under the dry season rice roots, and in the piles of straw after the harvest.

My childhood seems to have been carefully wrapped up and now I have the chance to open it up to show everyone.

And the life of the Viet Hai people is also very different, there are no markets, no bustling trade.

The pure countryside has long been a simple way of life, their available products are self-sufficient. They catch shrimp and fish, cultivate and plow to make a living.

No one knows when the Viet Hai people appeared here, but for hundreds of years, they have been accustomed to living the lifestyle of villagers, simple, honest and sincere.

Over the years, the population has remained unchanged with just under 300 people living here, including 29 children from kindergarten to 5th grade.

Because the village is located in a valley, isolated from outside life.

To get to Viet Hai, you have to take a boat for about 20 minutes on Lan Ha Bay. Therefore, this place has become an attractive tourist destination for many visitors.

Every day, Viet Hai welcomes thousands of international visitors. To keep the environment clean, visitors can travel by bicycle, electric car, etc.

If you have never been there, please visit Viet Hai village - you will definitely have a memorable experience in your life. This is true because I have traveled a lot, experienced many things, but the beauty of a pure Vietnamese village has moved me.
