At the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site, Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, together with the Central and provincial delegations respectfully offered incense before the ancestral altar of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and the Four Pillars of the Court - those who had the merit of defeating the 12 warlords, establishing the first centralized state in Vietnam, opening a new period of independence and development for the nation; offered incense in memory at the Temple of King Le Dai Hanh, who had the merit of continuing to build and protect the country after the Dinh Dynasty in the 10th century.

With a sincere heart of gratitude, demonstrating the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people, the General Secretary and the delegation expressed deep gratitude to the ancestors who had contributed to building and defending the country so that their descendants could continue the tradition of building a rich and civilized Vietnam like today.
