Ninh Binh province leaders meet voters before year-end meeting

(PLVN) - On November 5, in preparation for the regular year-end meeting of the People's Council (PC) and the Fatherland Front (FF) of Ninh Binh province, many leaders of Ninh Binh province met and listened to voters' opinions in localities in the province.

Accordingly, Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province met with voters in the communes of Nam Truc, Nam Minh, Nam Dong, Nam Ninh and Nam Hong.

Here, voters were informed about the estimated results of the implementation of socio -economic development tasks in 2025 and the directions and tasks for 2026. Voters were also informed about the expected content and agenda of the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council; the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations at the regular meeting in mid-2025.

Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province spoke at the meeting with voters of Nam Truc, Nam Minh, Nam Dong, Nam Ninh and Nam Hong communes.

At the meeting with voters, leaders of several departments and branches of Ninh Binh province discussed and clarified a number of proposals and recommendations within their authority, such as issues related to key irrigation projects, traffic infrastructure projects, sewer works, irrigation, upgrading dikes, building new schools, etc.

Speaking at the meeting with voters, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province, Le Quoc Chinh, acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and frankness of voters and Party committees and authorities of communes in expressing opinions and reflecting the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people.

Meeting in Hoa Lu, Dong Hoa Lu, Nam Hoa Lu and Tay Hoa Lu wards, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province highly appreciated the frank, enthusiastic and responsible opinions of voters.

Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc discussed and clarified voters' recommendations on the fields of finance; market management; administrative reform, digital transformation; investment, construction of traffic and urban infrastructure; education, culture; agriculture , environment, urban beautification. At the same time, the Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee hopes that voters and people will continue to accompany, support and well implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the province's development goals to build Ninh Binh homeland to develop more and more.

Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province spoke at the meeting with voters of Hoa Lu, Dong Hoa Lu, Nam Hoa Lu and Tay Hoa Lu wards.

On the same day, Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province and delegates of the People's Council of Ninh Binh province met with voters of Yen Mac, Yen Tu and Dong Thai communes.

Here, voters actively discussed and reflected on issues such as: Plan to relocate households on the other side of Nha Le River; investment capital for the construction of Giang Khuong Bridge in Dong Thai commune; construction progress and completion of the project to upgrade and renovate the road connecting National Highway 12B with National Highway 10, Yen Mo - Kim Son section...

At the meetings with voters in localities, Ninh Binh province leaders received and clarified voters' opinions and recommendations within the province's jurisdiction. The remaining opinions will be compiled and forwarded to competent authorities for consideration, resolution and results will be reported at the upcoming Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council meeting.
