Seeking social feedback on planning contents and draft documents

Comrade Do Thi Minh Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the workshop.

At the workshop, delegates focused on giving comments on: Construction zoning plan of Cho Moi 2 Industrial Park; adjustment of Construction zoning plan of Thanh Binh Industrial Park - Phase II; Draft Decision regulating the supervision, inspection, appraisal and acceptance of works in the field of land management, surveying and mapping; Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly and People's Council Deputies.

At the workshop, regarding the Draft Decision regulating the supervision, inspection, appraisal and acceptance of works in the field of land management, surveying and mapping, delegates discussed clarifying the scope of 9 types of public services on land and surveying to ensure consistency with the practical implementation of the task of building a two-level local government.

Regarding the draft Election Law, opinions agreed with the draft's content, and at the same time recommended clarifying regulations on voting areas and candidacy records, especially the need for careful preparation due to the shortened election period.

Regarding the planning of industrial parks, delegates proposed the need to clearly define planning objectives, functional zoning plans, auxiliary works, environmental protection solutions, as well as experience in implementing previous phases and site clearance issues.

Concluding the workshop, comrade Do Thi Minh Hoa requested the presiding agency to fully absorb the comments, review the content, edit the wording, and promptly update current legal regulations to complete the document, ensuring feasibility and suitability with practical requirements./.
