The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival (Green Food Festival) will take place from October 31 to November 4, 2025 at Binh Phu Park (HCMC). This is considered one of the biggest cultural - tourism - culinary activities of the year, organized by the HCMC Culinary Association (FBA) in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward, with the participation of many leading enterprises in the fields of F&B, banking, green consumption and media.

The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival is considered one of the largest and most prestigious food festivals in Vietnam with many unique activities.

The organizers said that during the festival, there will be many special activities, the highlight of which is the record of 200 vegetarian dishes from Vietnamese lotus set by leading artisans and chefs.
The event also featured 150 vegetarian food stalls from three regions introducing green, clean, organic products from reputable businesses and a vegetarian buffet with more than 100 special dishes, recreating the picture "Eat a small meal, feel a great happiness".
Within the framework of the festival, there are also competitions "Green Master Chef Vietnam 2025", "Green Future Chef Vietnam 2025" and "Healthy Drink Vietnam 2025", where young chefs compete, aiming to practice green cuisine.

There are also many interesting activities during the festival days such as seminars, writing and photo contests on vegetarian cuisine, supporting vegetarian meals for children and people in difficult circumstances, waste recycling festival...
Expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors
With the theme "Delicious in taste, healthy in heart", the 2025 vegetarian food festival aims to form positive living habits, reduce meat consumption, limit waste and honor the harmonious relationship between humans, nature and cuisine.
This year's festival aims to "Honor Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine - connecting from farm to table - spreading a green and humane lifestyle". The event is expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors, becoming a connecting space between businesses, investors, artisans, and city residents, while affirming Ho Chi Minh City as a creative and dynamic center of the F&B industry in Vietnam.

As a vegetarian, Ms. Le Tu Anh (27 years old) living in Binh Dong ward said she accidentally learned about this festival through social networks and was extremely excited.
"There are many interesting activities at the festival, I have planned to come and experience it with my friends this weekend. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate vegetarian culinary events that promote a green and healthy lifestyle like this. I am looking forward to enjoying vegetarian dishes at the festival," she added.
