The festival, jointly organized by the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward (HCMC) and the HCMC Culinary Association (FBA), is the largest ever. This is also a Cultural - Tourism - Culinary and Community event with the festival space designed according to the model of "Green Festival - No Waste".

With the theme "Delicious from Taste - Healthy from Heart", the 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival aims to attract the participation of more than 200 booths of businesses, restaurants, vegetarian food brands, OCOP products... and about 150,000 visitors.

Within the framework of the Festival, there will be a series of rich activities such as demonstrations of artistic vegetarian dishes, talk shows on nutrition and green health, exhibitions of Vietnamese vegetarian ingredients, international vegetarian cuisine seminars, forums on Green Tourism - Green Cuisine - Green Economy & Sustainable Development, and special music and cultural exchange programs.

With a large scale of organization, rich content and profound humanitarian spirit, the event is expected to become a unique cultural and culinary meeting place, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of the public and tourists coming to Ho Chi Minh City during the year-end festival season.

Through cuisine, the Festival aims to convey the message of love - green action - community responsibility, contributing to forming positive living habits for modern urban residents. Spreading the green culinary movement and sustainable green lifestyle in Vietnam.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Viet, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association, this year's festival is one of the highlight events of the city's culinary industry, not only promoting the quintessence of Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine but also encouraging the community to choose a green, environmentally friendly lifestyle.

This is also a Cultural - Tourism - Cuisine and Community event with a rich series of activities.

On this occasion, the activity “Kitchen of Love – 1,000 free meals” also took place to share love and spread the spirit of volunteerism to the community. In addition, there was also a “Recycling Festival” to expand the movement of waste classification, reduce food waste, and raise green awareness.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Vice Chairwoman of Binh Phu Ward People's Committee shared that the Festival is not only an opportunity for people and tourists to enjoy the sophistication of Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine but also an opportunity to join hands to build a green living community, free of waste, full of love and sharing.
