Hanoi National University's 2024 Aptitude Test Schedule

On the afternoon of January 10, Professor Nguyen Tien Thao, Director of the Examination Center of Hanoi National University, informed that candidates will have two registration rounds for the competency assessment exam on February 18 and March 6.

The school will hold the earliest exam session on March 23-24 and the last exam session is scheduled for June 1-2. This schedule may change depending on the number of candidates registered and the high school graduation exam schedule. All will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

Each candidate can only take the exam a maximum of 2 times/year (as of December 31, 2024). The two consecutive exams must be at least 28 days apart. The exam will automatically close when the registration is full. The exam fee is 500,000 VND/candidate/time and is non-refundable for any reason.

Regarding the competency assessment test, the test structure still consists of three parts: Quantitative Thinking (Mathematics), Qualitative Thinking (Literature - Language) and Science (Natural - Social). Each part of the test has 50 questions. The total test time is 195 minutes. Candidates take the test on the computer and know their scores immediately after the test time ends.

Candidates can check their exam results and receive their Certificate of Exam Results 14 days after taking the exam. The Certificate of Exam Results will be sent via registered mail to the address and phone number declared in the HSA exam registration account.

Last year, Hanoi National University organized 8 rounds of competency assessment exams. The number of candidates registered for the exam was more than 90,000, of which more than 29,100 candidates registered for the exam twice. The official number of candidates was more than 87,000, of which 37% came from Hanoi, followed by Nam Dinh with 7%.
