The 2025-2026 National Cup will kick off the qualifying round on September 12 with a match between Ho Chi Minh City Club and Dong Thap Club.
The second day of competition will see three notable matches. At 4pm,
On September 14, there will be 5 matches taking place: Van Hien University vs. Bac Ninh, Hong Linh Ha Tinh vs. Quang Ninh, SHB Da Nang vs. Thanh Nien TP.HCM.
However, the focus of the round will probably be the two matches between Truong Tuoi Dong Nai vs Becamex TP.HCM, The Cong - Viettel vs Hanoi Club at 7:15 p.m.
Nguyen Cong Phuong and his teammates will host a tough opponent, Becamex TP.HCM, at home. However, with their ambition, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai certainly wants to win.
This year’s National Cup features 25 teams, including 14 V-League 1 clubs and 11 national first division clubs. Accordingly, the club that wins the National Cup will receive a prize worth 2 billion VND.
