The PVF Stadium is planned as a sports and service complex, spanning 920,000 m², with a 180,000 m² parking area, inspired by the AT&T Stadium (USA) and the Singapore National Stadium. Three prominent features of the project are: a dome that can be automatically opened and closed in 12-20 minutes, mimicking the technology of the AT&T Stadium – the world's largest stadium dome; a modular hybrid pitch, combining natural and artificial grass, similar to Wembley Stadium (UK), which allows for quick drainage, slip resistance, and easy maintenance; and a high-end VIP area with private rooms, panoramic balconies, and international standard dining services.
When completed, the PVF stadium will be Vietnam's largest sports facility since the My Dinh National Sports Complex opened in 2002 to host the 2003 SEA Games.
