According to AVP, the Lynx Special Forces Detachment (Russia) successfully pushed back the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the “path of death”.
The "Lynx" detachment, in cooperation with the 1st DShRB "Wolf", used ambush tactics and attacked enemy equipment. During this clash, the Ukrainian forces attempted to evacuate soldiers using an infantry fighting vehicle, but it was quickly destroyed.
The battle on the “road of death” caused heavy losses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to AVP, of the 20 Ukrainian soldiers who took part in the attack, only one survived.
In the Avdeevka area, the activities of the Russian Armed Forces are being intensified. In this strategically important area, many Ukrainian military assets were destroyed by Russian forces. This may give Russia complete control over the area.
Previously, the Russian military stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were having a hard time launching counterattacks in the city and its surroundings due to the continuous Russian attacks. This is why the area is called “hell”. According to AVP, it now appears that the Ukrainian military is approaching the final withdrawal from the area.
Russian troops also stopped the Ukrainian landing on the left bank of the Kherson region.
Accordingly, the Russian Armed Forces prevented the Ukrainian army from landing in the area of a small railway bridge on the left bank of the Dnieper River, in the Kherson region. According to preliminary information, the Ukrainian side deployed 3 ships to participate in this landing.
Early detection of the movements of Ukrainian forces allowed the Russian military to quickly take countermeasures. Thanks to timely response and effective use of reconnaissance means, the attempt of the Ukrainian army to land and capture the strategically important area was repelled by the Russian military.
The details of the incident are currently being clarified. However, recent activities indicate that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are increasingly trying to seize the left bank of the Dnieper River in order to open a new front there.
