At the meeting, representatives of relevant departments and branches reported on the review of public housing, social housing, and commercial housing for civil servants and employees of Binh Phuoc province to work when the province is merged. Assign the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the investor and promptly prepare a dossier to propose renovation and repair, quickly request approval and organize the implementation of repairs.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction to work with the Department of Construction of Binh Phuoc province as the focal point to synthesize the needs of civil servants and employees of Binh Phuoc province who want to buy or rent a house to provide information. At the same time, work with investors to prioritize accommodation for civil servants and employees of Binh Phuoc province to work. At the same time, request units to unify and propose a plan to handle assets on some land plots and old agency headquarters to repair and arrange official housing.
Regarding the arrangement of working vehicles, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the proposal to initially mechanically merge the number of cars serving the common work of agencies, organizations and units after merging management and use, then reviewing the standards and norms of each agency to rearrange them in accordance with Government regulations.
