Due to the influence of the cold air, the weather in the northern provinces and from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh will be cold. In particular, the high mountainous areas of the northern provinces are likely to have frost.

In particular, the heavy to very heavy rain areas are concentrated from Hue - Da Nang, the east of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces. The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting will continue to closely monitor and regularly inform about dangerous weather and hydrological conditions that are at high risk of occurring in the period from November 16 to 22.
