According to information from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, the Buddha's relics - the national treasure of India will be enshrined at Truc Lam Yen Tu Palace (Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province) from May 25 to May 28. Truc Lam Yen Tu Palace recreates the royal palace space of the Tran Dynasty, built to honor Buddha King Tran Nhan Tong - the wise king who gave up the throne to practice Buddhism and founded the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen sect.
To welcome Buddhists and pilgrims to worship the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni at Truc Lam Yen Tu Palace and pay homage to the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong at the Ngoa Van Pagoda Relic Site, the Ngoa Van Cable Car Management Board has launched a program of free round-trip cable car tickets for pilgrims to the Ngoa Van Pagoda Relic Site from May 24 to May 28, 2025.

The Ngoa Van Pagoda relic complex is located on the high mountain "Bao Dai Son" in the west of Yen Tu mountain range - Dong Trieu arch, now in Trai Loc village, An Sinh commune, Dong Trieu city, Quang Ninh province. Ngoa Van Pagoda is a sacred land of Truc Lam Buddhism - where King, Buddha Emperor Tran Nhan Tong practiced and became Buddha.
This is one of 14 important relic sites in the Tran Dynasty Relic Site in Dong Trieu, ranked as a special national historical relic by the Prime Minister in 2014. At the same time, in 2024, Ngoa Van Pagoda Hermitage became one of five dossiers submitted to UNESCO for approval as a world heritage site.
