YOUNG AND TALENTED PEACHER
They are Hong Quyen and Tu Quyen (Tu Suong's children), who have been on stage since elementary school. Now they are young women and can play supporting roles in many plays, such as the role of Princess Thanh Long in Phan Le Hue Pha Tran Ngu Long , the role of little Nhu in the play Doi Nhu Y ... Recently, the two girls appeared in the role of attendants of Queen Thuong Duong (play Cau Tho Yen Ngua ).
It seems that Hong Quyen has a stronger stage talent. She is currently a student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema, determined to follow her family's career. Tu Quyen is both an actress and a businesswoman. Both of them have beautiful figures, good singing voices, and have been thoroughly trained in dancing by their mother, aunts, uncles, and siblings in the family. Hopefully, they will become two beautiful and stable actresses of the 6th generation.

In particular, little Kim Thu (Ngoc Nga's daughter) became famous very early. At only 4 years old, by chance, when she followed her mother to do makeup for the World Youth stage, she caught the eye of the artists in the play Bangkok Love Story , causing them to "give birth" to a child character to get Kim Thu to perform. After that, she went to a casting and was invited by director Dustin Nguyen to act in the movie Lottery . Then she appeared in the impressive program Vietnam's Got Talent . At the age of 7, Kim Thu "stole the hearts" of the audience in the role of little Nắng (in the movie Nắng ). Not to mention the series of cải lương excerpts on YouTube with Kim Thu that made everyone extremely interested.
Kim Thu's acting is both innocent, genuine, lively, intelligent, sometimes daring to change the script, and especially good at acting tragic or romantic. It's too early to confirm, but clearly one can hope for an innate talent.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CHILDREN'S BOX
If we add Le Nguyen Truong Giang (who calls Meritorious Artist Truong Son his uncle), the Minh To family has another talented descendant. Truong Giang lived with his parents in the Minh To troupe since he was young, and at the age of 3 he danced and sang to his father's music. When he grew up, he studied at the Ho Chi Minh City Theater and Cinema School, then wandered around with film crews, trying to play all kinds of roles, from villains, street urchins, gangsters, to scholars, gentleness, and personality... With that life experience, when Truong Giang established his own theater and "became a producer", he already had quite a lot of experience.

One event that motivated Truong Giang to establish a stage was in 2017 when he won the championship of the Sao Noi Ngoi program, which was loved by the audience. He bravely brought Cai Luong to the web drama, which was warmly welcomed by the audience. From the online world, Truong Giang brought Cai Luong to the real stage, becoming a young and daring "manager". He has the additional talent of being able to write traditional songs, write scripts, stage, and perform all kinds of roles, both romantic and unique, positive and negative...
Truong Giang's staging art is very modern, colorful, lively, fast-paced, conquering the audience through many plays such as Bao Tuy Anh sets up a strange meeting table, Blood stains Loc Dai citadel, White Snake arrives at Hell Gate, Resentment Bich Van palace, Phan Le Hue breaks the five dragons formation, Yen Dan loses Dich Thuy Giang ...
Truong Giang confided: "I and many of my friends and colleagues grew up during the difficult period of reformed opera, so it was not easy to find a place to perform, so we decided to try our hand at production, to have a place for ourselves to work. It was difficult in every way, not simple, opening a show to sell tickets sometimes made a profit, sometimes lost money, but I did not want to give up." In fact, the plays he invested in were quite grand and expensive, showing that the youth had admirable vigor and courage.
What I expect more from Truong Giang is his investment in Vietnamese historical plays. Truong Giang frankly said: "That is what I dream of, because the Minh To family has had many very good historical plays. But because I am new to staging and producing, I need to practice to be solid, while Chinese stories are already available with rich content, many attractive details, no matter how fictional the script is, I am not afraid of being "scrutinized". As for Vietnamese history, I have to be very careful in writing and staging because people often compare it with official history. Therefore, I need time to be solid in my skills".
This year, Truong Giang will release the play The Legend of the Phoenix , which tells the story of the Trung Sisters after they won the Luy Lau citadel, were crowned kings by the people, ruled the land of Linh Nam, then continued to fight with Ma Vien and died on the Hat River. The script was also written by Truong Giang. He said: "The play The Drum of Me Linh is very good, but only up to the uprising period, I want to continue to write the entire life of the Trung Sisters to present a great portrait." (to be continued)
