The “Employer of Choice 2024” award ceremony recently took place in Ho Chi Minh City, gathering outstanding businesses in the recruitment market from 20 industry groups, of diverse sizes.
After 11 seasons, “Employer of Choice” is a prestigious annual award in the business community, employees, managers, and human resources experts. Taking place from July 7 to October 31, this year’s award attracted more than 3.8 million views and more than 84,000 votes to find the most favorite employer of the year.

In the list of more than 5,720 enterprises, MoMo was voted by respondents as the most favorite employer in the finance, banking, securities, and large enterprise sectors. The results are based on objective assessments and employees' preferences for the working environment and human resource policies from recruitment, attraction to talent development.
The award is a sign of trust from the labor community in MoMo's recruitment brand, recognizing efforts to build a dynamic working environment, nurturing and developing Vietnamese talent.
Present at the honoring event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Human Resources Director of MoMo shared: “Considering human resources as valuable assets, we have been building a sustainable culture at MoMo, from training programs, engagement activities, policies and operating procedures. The award for Most Favorite Employer in the Finance, Banking and Securities Industry also further strengthens MoMo's image and reputation in building a modern, professional working environment and continuously improving internal working processes, contributing to increasing the team's working efficiency.
Currently, MoMo has nearly 2,000 employees at its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City and offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, most of whom are Vietnamese, with the majority being young talents from many differenteducational backgrounds, fields and working environments.
