A man died of suspected electrocution

The victim was Mr. Pham Q. (born in 1970, residing in An Cu Dong 1 residential group, Lang Co town).

Initial information shows that at around 6am on May 11, Mr. Q. left his home with an electric grinder to the edge of Lap An lagoon to repair his boat. However, at around 7:30am the same day, his relatives discovered him dead at the scene, still holding the electric grinder in his hand.

Mr. Q. is a fisherman who has worked in the Lap An lagoon area for many years. His family said that before the incident, his health was stable and he showed no unusual symptoms.

Upon receiving the news, Lang Co town police arrived at the scene to examine the scene and perform an autopsy to investigate the cause of the victim's death.
