Previously, according to the investor's commitment and in order to create conditions for the investor to have a basis to carry out the next procedures and complete the construction of the entire project, the Department of Planning and Investment reported to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and agree on extending the progress of housing projects in Dien Ban.

Specifically, the Department of Planning and Investment proposed to extend the progress by 20 months - until the end of December 2025 for the following projects: Investment in housing construction in Dai Duong Xanh Urban Area; Investment in housing construction in Coco Riverside Urban Area; Investment in housing construction in Anh Duong Urban Area.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to review the project's progress, volume, scale, remaining area, assess the possibility of compensation and site clearance...

Based on the assessment results, the Department of Planning and Investment proposes that the Provincial People's Committee consider and resolve the adjustment of progress, extension of progress and direct the resolution of relevant issues of each project accordingly, ensuring early completion of the project, acceptance and putting into use, promoting investment efficiency.
