The Vietnam Fatherland Front participates in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

Over the years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has played a pivotal role, effectively implementing emulation movements and campaigns, especially the "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" campaign. This has helped to promote the leading role of the people in building new rural areas.

The people of Vong Tre village (Binh Dan commune, Van Don district) donated more than 600 square meters of agricultural land to expand the road.

Recognizing the New Rural Development program as a key, ongoing, and long-term political task, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has continuously built a strong national unity bloc over the years; actively propagated and mobilized the people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; promoted the people's right to participate in building a clean and strong Party and government; and responded to patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, and socio-economic development programs of the locality.

With many good and creative approaches, patriotic emulation movements and campaigns have been widely implemented by the Fatherland Front at all levels in residential areas, closely linked to the interests of the people, and focusing on achieving the goals of the New Rural Development program. A typical example is the campaign. "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" ( now "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"). Through this campaign, the people have voluntarily and consciously participated. Participating in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas through practical actions, such as: contributing labor, money, and land to build infrastructure; protecting a green, clean, and beautiful environment; maintaining security and order; building cultural families, villages, and neighborhoods; competing in labor and production, developing family economies ; building self-governing streets, neighborhoods ensuring security and order, green, clean, and beautiful streets, and civilized neighborhoods…

From 2015 to the present, people throughout the province have donated 540,177 ^{square meters of land.} Land, 942,000 man-days of labor, and 15.506 trillion VND were contributed to the construction of new rural areas. Businesses, agencies, and units in the province contributed over 25.254 trillion VND, along with the Fatherland Front and the people, to jointly implement the criteria for new rural areas.

The people of Duong Ngang area (Minh Thanh ward, Quang Yen town) are united in helping each other develop vegetable farming to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation.

The Fatherland Front at all levels has built and effectively maintained 521 model projects in various fields of social life, attracting the active participation of officials, union members, association members, and all strata of the people. Typical examples include: the model "Mobilizing social resources and promoting the self-governance spirit of the people to actively participate in urban beautification and building a rose-lined road" in response to the "Cam Pha City - City of a Million Roses" movement of the Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Trung Ward (Cam Pha City); the model "Propagating and mobilizing officials, union members, association members, and the people to effectively exploit, manage, and utilize neighborhood cultural centers in Yen Giang Ward" by the people and officials of Hamlet 8 (Song Khoai Commune, Quang Yen Town); and the model "Solidarity and mutual assistance for economic development, helping poor and near-poor households" by the Fatherland Front Working Committee of Chi Lang Hamlet (Binh Duong Commune, Dong Trieu City). "Preserving the cultural identity of the San Diu ethnic group" by the Fatherland Front of Binh Dan commune (Van Don district)...

The Provincial Fatherland Front has mobilized and received over 200 billion VND from collectives and individuals for the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund, organizing the construction and repair of 12,450 houses for poor households, making a significant contribution to completing the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated housing for the people; constructing and putting into use over 2,560 social welfare and public works projects, such as model roads, inter-village and inter-hamlet roads, cultural houses, installing sports equipment, planting trees, building irrigation canals, installing electricity lines for people, streetlights, and garbage bins along roads, worth hundreds of billions of VND from social mobilization sources.

Through the propaganda and mobilization efforts of the Fatherland Front at all levels, the people actively responded and participated in general sanitation activities and the "Green Sunday" movement in residential areas, with an average of over 800,000 members of mass organizations and the general public participating each year.

Through specific activities, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has actively contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and maintaining security and order in the area. each residential area; reviving the tradition of solidarity among all strata of the people, strengthening, consolidating and expanding the great national unity.
