In particular, in A Luoi 2 commune, local authorities and functional agencies have evacuated 20 households/70 people in dangerous areas to solid locations.
To respond to natural disasters, all 40 communes and wards have conducted inspections and reviews of each type of natural disaster that may occur in the area according to the 4-on-the-spot motto, especially plans and scenarios for responding to storms, heavy rains, floods, landslides, and flash floods.

Currently, Hue city has called on all boats (1,049 vehicles/7,247 workers) to take shelter safely; organized guidance, inspection, and ensured safety for boats and ships at anchorages, wharves, and ports; at the same time, absolutely prohibited people from staying on boats and fishery watchtowers when there are strong winds and big waves.
In addition, the City People's Committee plans to reserve goods to serve the prevention of natural disasters, floods and storms; businesses with petroleum business activities proactively prepare reserves, ensuring stable and continuous supply when there are forecasts of natural disasters, floods and storms and throughout the rainy and stormy season...

The City Military Command, City Police, Border Guard Command, 40 communes and wards and agencies and units develop plans for natural disaster prevention and search and rescue; strictly maintain the regime of command duty, on-duty, combat readiness duty and rescue duty; at the same time direct agencies and units to maintain duty according to plan, regularly monitor and grasp the natural disaster situation.
According to the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, from the afternoon of November 16 to the afternoon of November 18, there was heavy rain in Hue City. Total rainfall in the plains was generally 150-300mm, in some places over 400mm; in the mountainous areas 200-400mm, in some places over 500mm.
