They are proficient in preparing electronic lesson plans, using presentation tools, and exploiting the Internet to serve their work. Solid digital infrastructure for public administration

Besides Education, Muong Ang district also pays special attention to investing in building IT infrastructure in State agencies, meeting the need to deploy IT applications in management, operation and serving the people.

Currently, 100% of computers in the public administration system are connected to high-speed broadband Internet (except for computers serving confidential document storage). All People's Committees of communes and towns in the district have been connected to the province's dedicated high-speed data transmission network, ensuring stability and information security.

At the one-stop department of the district People's Committee and communes and towns, 100% of cadres and civil servants are equipped with computers and installed with the province's centralized anti-virus software, enhancing the ability to prevent malware.

Muong Ang district focuses on investing in building information technology infrastructure at state agencies.

The province's shared server system, located at Dien Bien Telecom, is protected by firewalls and anti-virus software. Data is backed up periodically, ensuring information security, and preventing loss or leakage of administrative information.
