Tay Giang District People's Committee said that the total capital plan for 2024 extended to 2025 is more than 123.7 billion VND, and by March 25, 6% of the capital plan had been disbursed.

In 2025, the total capital plan for national target programs will be allocated over 100 billion VND; of which development investment capital is nearly 94.5 billion VND, and career capital is over 5.6 billion VND.

Up to now, Tay Giang district has allocated nearly 74.5 billion VND, reaching 74.4% of the capital plan; disbursed more than 13.3 billion VND, reaching 13.3% of the capital plan.

Specifically, the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas disbursed nearly VND5.4 billion, reaching 11.3% of the capital plan. The National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction disbursed more than VND7.3 billion, reaching 16.5% of the capital plan.

The national target program on new rural construction has disbursed 634 million VND in development investment capital; the allocated career capital is 1.6 billion VND, reaching 29% of the capital plan.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested Tay Giang district to quickly open investment project codes for 9 projects and provide funding this March. The district will support investors with human resources for implementation. Completing unfinished projects in 2024 will be extended and must be completed by April 15, 2025 at the latest.

Regarding disbursement, it is necessary to completely handle the capital that has been lingering since 2024; the capital source for 2025 must be drastically implemented, the roadmap must meet the disbursement target of 50% of the capital source by June 2025 and increase by 10% each month...
