The male singer passed away at the age of 43 due to a heart attack.

On June 27th, Allkpop reported the sad news about the group 2LSON. Another member of the group, Noel, announced: "Our Jason went to Thailand for a vacation but suddenly passed away there on June 12th after a heart attack. Before that, he was healthy and normal. Jason's funeral was held privately on June 17th."

Jason (real name Lee Sang-jin) passed away at the age of 43.

The 2LSON group has 3 members.

Noel added that due to their busy work and personal lives, the three members of 2LSON hadn't seen each other in a long time.

"I was incredibly shocked to hear the news about Jason. It took me a while to compose myself before making this announcement to the public because Jason's family is still in shock and unable to accept the reality. Since he was a musician who received so much love from the public, I wanted to make this announcement so that his fans would know," Noel said.

The group 2LSON consists of three members: Jason, LE, and Noel. The group formed in 2011 and last promoted in 2020. They have many hit songs, including "I'm in love," a collaboration with Ailee.
