Improve the quality of political theory training and education

Identifying training and fostering as one of the important tasks, contributing to improving the political capacity, intelligence, and spirit of serving the people of cadres, party members, union members and association members at the grassroots level, in recent times, Phu Binh District Political Center has always proactively built programs, plans and organized implementation to achieve many results.

Ms. Hoang Thi Hoa Le, a teacher at Ban Dat Secondary School (Phu Binh), a student of the Party awareness training class, shared: By studying at the Political Center, I have been enriched with new theoretical knowledge, thereby enhancing my mettle and determination to strive and train to soon join the Party ranks. Besides, I also learned more easy-to-understand teaching methods from the lecturers at the Center.

In 2024, the Political Center opened a total of 32 classes for 2,396 students. After studying and training, students gradually improved their theoretical awareness, qualifications, working capacity, communication skills, etc., thereby contributing to improving the quality of the district's cadres and party members.

Training and fostering work has contributed to supplementing the district's short-term and long-term staff planning resources in the following years. The staff and party members at the grassroots level have the opportunity to apply the knowledge they have learned to practical work in localities and units... contributing to building the Party and a clean and strong political system. strong, socio -economic development in the district.

In order to meet the requirements of teaching and learning political theory in the new situation, the District Political Center always focuses on improving the quality and perfecting the team of full-time lecturers as well as part-time lecturers; regularly organizing for cadres and lecturers to participate in professional skills training and updating new knowledge, participating in teaching demonstration sessions.

In addition, the District Political Center also invited lecturers and reporters from the Provincial Political School, Thai Nguyen University of Education, provincial departments, branches and sectors, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and leaders of a number of agencies in the district to participate in imparting training topics and updating necessary knowledge.

The teaching staff is trained in pedagogical skills, proficient in using information technology in the teaching process, actively participating in teaching demonstrations, competitions for excellent political theory lecturers... contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of training and fostering of the Center. In 2024, Phu Binh district has 1 lecturer selected and trained to participate in the provincial competition for excellent political theory lecturers, winning second prize.

Ms. Vu Thi Le, Secretary of Phu Binh District Youth Union: As a part-time lecturer, I have always been cared for by the Center's leaders, sent to attend teaching method training courses and political theory lecturer competitions. Through that, I have been able to promptly supplement my professional methods and gain confidence every time I teach in class.

Along with improving the quality of the teaching staff, the District Political Center also focuses on building infrastructure and equipment to serve teaching work. The Center's facilities are invested in and built spaciously, with green - clean - beautiful landscapes, ensuring a pedagogical environment.

Currently, the Center has a projector system for lecturers to apply information technology in teaching. The classrooms are spacious and well-built, serving teaching and learning better and better. By focusing on training, fostering, and using staff and implementing staff policies well, the quality of staff, civil servants, and public employees is increasingly consolidated and improved in terms of theoretical level, professional expertise, and practical capacity, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Based on the district's training and development requirements, the Center has diversified the forms of training and development to suit the practical requirements of the locality. The number and quality of classes are increasing, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period. In the coming time, the District Political Center will further promote the training and development of political theory in a flexible, practical, and in-depth manner, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of Phu Binh district.
