Improve oral communication skills for reporters

On November 22, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a training conference on skills and professional skills in oral propaganda work in 2023 for provincial reporters (photo). Comrade Vu Duy Hoang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, chaired the conference.
