“Ukrainian intelligence provided the agents with explosive device components and instructions on how to assemble them. Those recruited by Kiev have been arrested and are facing terrorism charges,” the statement said.
According to the video released by the FSB, security officers arrested several people and seized many items proving that this group of people worked for Ukrainian intelligence.
Ukraine's intelligence agency has not yet commented on the statement and video released by the FSB.
The Guardian newspaper quoted a Russian-appointed official in Kherson province, Vladimir Saldo, as saying that the Ukrainian army had launched a missile attack on the bridge connecting the Kherson region in southern Ukraine with the Crimean peninsula.
“The bridge connecting Kherson region with the Crimean peninsula appears to have been hit by long-range Storm Shadow missiles. The attack damaged one lane and forced vehicles to move to another. There are no reports of casualties,” Saldo said.
