On July 1, the Tax Department held an online conference to announce decisions on the organization and staff of the Tax Department ( Ministry of Finance ), aiming to deploy the new organizational model of the Tax sector.

Accordingly, the new organizational structure of the tax authority includes 34 provincial and municipal taxes; 350 basic taxes in sync with the two-level local government organizational model.

To organize the new apparatus synchronously according to the two-level local government organization model to operate smoothly, effectively and efficiently from July 1, the departments and units under the Tax Department focus on implementing 7 key groups of solutions.

In particular, immediately get to work, approach the area, advise provincial and city authorities, coordinate with local authorities, and successfully complete tax management tasks in the area.

Based on the tasks, scale, number of taxpayers, management area; conditions of headquarters, facilities, equipment, proactively organize, arrange, and arrange appropriate consulting rooms; management and business support rooms; and inspection rooms at existing headquarters and working locations in the initial stage of arrangement, ensuring that tax management and administrative procedure settlement of people and businesses are not interrupted.
