On November 10, the National Assembly conducted personnel work.

Entering the 4th working week of the 10th Session, on the morning of November 10, The National Assembly will hold a separate meeting on personnel matters. The oath-taking ceremony at Dien Hong Hall will be broadcast live on VTV1 for voters and people nationwide to follow.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 5, at the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, the Central Committee carried out the process of introducing personnel for the positions of Vice Chairman of the 15th National Assembly and Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court for the 2021-2026 term for the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly to elect according to regulations.

On the afternoon of November 10, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the following contents: The Population Law Project; The Disease Prevention Law Project. After that, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Health explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

Also in the 4th working week of the 10th Session, the National Assembly is expected to discuss the following projects: Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciation; Law on Investment (amended); Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation (amended).

The National Assembly also considered and commented on the following projects: Law on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments (amended); Law on Enforcement of Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; Law on Construction (amended); Law on E-Commerce; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of 10 Laws Related to Security and Order; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Deposit Insurance (amended).

The National Assembly will vote to pass the Resolution on the 2026 socio-economic development plan; the Resolution on the 2026 state budget estimate; the Resolution on the central budget allocation plan for 2026; and discuss the proposal to ratify the Agreement in the foreign affairs field at the request of the President.

Delegates also heard the Presentation and Review Report on the investment policy of the Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project.
