On November 4, the National Assembly discussed the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the agenda of the 10th Session, on November 4, the National Assembly continued to discuss draft laws, in which the National Assembly spent the afternoon discussing in groups the draft Document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

In the morning session, the National Assembly listened to the Minister of Construction , authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Draft Law on Construction (amended).

Then, the Minister of Agriculture and Environment , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 2 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Next, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Construction (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.

The Minister of Finance, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

The Minister of Justice, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on two projects: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended).

The Government Inspector General, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups: Draft Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; Draft Law on Criminal Judgment Execution (amended); Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
