According to forecasts, storm No. 13 will make landfall directly in the central provinces from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa, so the Border Guard has maintained 4 search and rescue stations to continuously broadcast warning information about dangerous areas to help ship owners and captains clearly understand the storm's developments and movement direction, and proactively move away from dangerous areas. Border guard stations and squadrons coordinate with localities to check vulnerable areas that may be flooded or have high tides, prepare evacuation plans for residents, and check warehouses and barracks to ensure readiness for receiving people for shelter.

At the Provincial Border Guard Command, a mobile platoon has been established, maintaining 04 boat crews ready to carry out search and rescue missions when ordered, maintaining the communication system, ready to support rescue and handle emergency situations. Border guards urgently count boats, call on boats and fishermen to take shelter from the storm, to be completed before 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2025. At the same time, be ready to support people in strengthening their houses and evacuating to safe places in dangerous areas. Prepare enough materials, techniques, logistics, food and drinking water to maintain effective response work.
