On the afternoon of June 2, a representative of the Nghe An Departmentof Education and Training said that a report had been sent to the Provincial People's Committee on preparations for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year.
The total number of candidates registered for the exam in the province is 39,130 students, arranged in 69 examination councils with 1,664 examination rooms. The total number of personnel mobilized to work on the exam is 5,670 people and 4 mobile inspection teams.

The Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision approving the exam plan and establishing a provincial exam steering committee. Localities have also established district steering committees and fully implemented the contents according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training.
The Department of Education and Training has organized professional training for officials related to the exam, coordinated with the provincial police on anti-cheating techniques and developed plans to ensure absolute security and safety for the exam.
Propaganda work is also focused on with the active participation of press agencies, television, provincial electronic information portal and grassroots radio system, creating a good mindset for students and parents.
Many departments and agencies were mobilized to participate in coordination. Nghe An Provincial Police deployed plans to ensure security, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and transportation of exam papers. The electricity sector ensured power grid and backup generators. The Department of Health arranged on-site emergency care and ensured food hygiene and safety around exam sites.
Nghe An Provincial Youth Union organizes volunteer teams to support students in remote areas during exam season. The Department of Finance coordinates to arrange funds and provide instructions on payment policies in accordance with regulations.
In the coming time, the Department of Education and Training will continue to closely monitor the situation, coordinate with functional forces to promptly handle arising situations, ensuring the exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
The specific exam schedule is as follows:
Morning 03/6: Literature - 120 minutes (starts at 8:00)
Afternoon 03/6: Foreign language - 60 minutes (test starts at 15:00)
Morning 04/06: Math - 120 minutes (starts at 8:00)
