Early this morning, bouquets of wild flowers and simple handwritten letters were carefully prepared by the people for the forces (photo above). For the people, the officers and soldiers not only carry out search and rescue missions but also serve as a strong spiritual support during the most painful and loss-making days.

15 days, not a very long time, but enough to create a deep bond and affection between the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Tong village.

Mr. Ly Seo Di, Ban Cai hamlet, Nam Tong village, Nam Luc commune, Bac Ha district shared: “We have lived together for 15 days, but when you comrades are about to leave, I miss our brotherhood very much. You comrades are like our family, so when you comrades are about to leave, I miss my family, I miss you comrades”.
