Ricarda Walkling is one of 26 Werder Bremen players who will travel to Hanoi to play a friendly match with the Vietnam women's team at 7pm on May 16 at Hang Day Stadium. "I don't know much about the Vietnam women's team, but I have observed the team during a friendly match with Leipzig FC in Germany. For Bremen, this is a good opportunity to face a high-level opponent like the Vietnam women's team," said Werder Bremen coach Thomas Horsch.

Meanwhile, coach Mai Duc Chung said: "This is a very useful match for the Vietnamese women's team. Through this match, the Vietnamese women's team learned a lot about expertise. Previously, we went to Germany to train and compete, helping the players gain a lot of expertise."
