After bringing the fish to shore, he immediately sold it to a trader for 16 million VND, each kg costs 80 thousand VND.

The large marlin was caught in a fisherman's net at 5am yesterday. At that time, Mr. Khoi and 3 other crew members were fishing in the waters of Quang Tri province, about 40 nautical miles from shore.

Because the fish was very heavy, it took a lot of time and effort for Mr. Khoi's boat to tow the fish to Cua Viet seaport (Gio Linh district).

Here, thanks to the combined efforts of many people, the fish was carried ashore.

Previously, in 2021, Mr. Khoi's boat also caught a sailfish weighing more than 500kg. After that, the fish was sold to a trader for 22 million VND.
