On May 9, according to information from the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance (SI), people can conveniently participate in social insurance and health insurance (HI) through the public service portal and banking application.

People who want to participate in social insurance (voluntary social insurance) and health insurance (in the form of households) do not need to go directly to the social insurance agency or authorized service organization to collect social insurance and health insurance, but can do so on the public service portal or on the online application of some banks to ensure quick and convenient transactions.

Specifically as follows: People perform procedures on the National Public Service Portal (at: https://dichvucong.gov.vn/) or the Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal (at: https://dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn ).

People can make transactions right on the online application of one of the following banks: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) with easy-to-use operations.

By paying social insurance and health insurance premiums through the public service portal and banking application, the Vietnam Social Insurance industry believes that it will contribute to building a fair and sustainable social insurance system that also better meets development requirements in the digital age.
