The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27.

According to the general assessment of the Department of Education and Training, the results of the city-wide quality survey this year are lower than last year. The reason is said to be the change in the 2018 General Education Program compared to the 2006 General Education Program in the structure of the exam questions, exam content, exam format, etc.

The number of exams with below average scores (below 5 points) is 148,003, accounting for nearly 32% of the total number of exams. Math is the subject with the highest below average score at 51.69%. The percentage of below average scores in Literature is 34.03%...

Notably, there were nearly 5,000 tests with a score of 1 point or less. Of which, Literature had 1,239 tests with a score of 1 point or less; Math had 298 tests with a score of 1 point or less; Physics had 54 tests with a score of 1 point or less; English had only 12 tests with this score...

Mr. Ha Xuan Nham, Head of the Secondary Education Department, Hanoi Department of Education and Training, noted that students with a score of 1 or lower, also known as a failing score, will have a high risk of failing the high school graduation exam. Therefore, these students need increased support to review for the 2025 high school graduation exam to improve their scores.
