Previously, CAND Newspaper reported that at around 8:55 p.m. on May 9, in front of house number 896 - 898 Kim Giang Street, Kim Giang Street, Thanh Liet Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City, there was a collision between car with license plate number: 30A-017.32 (traveling on Kim Giang Street in the direction from Cau To to Cau Dau) and 3 moving motorbikes and 3 motorbikes parked on the sidewalk.

The collision injured two motorcyclists and they were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Their health is now stable. After the incident, the driver of the car with license plate number 30A-017.32 left the scene.

On the same morning, Nguyen Binh An went to the police station to work; initially, An was identified as the driver at the time of the incident. A quick check initially did not detect any alcohol or drug levels in An.

Currently, the Director of Hanoi City Police has directed functional units to urgently investigate and resolve the case according to legal regulations.
