Typically, in the Tra Ly River area (near Doc Lap Bridge), according to records on the afternoons of July 24-25, many people, including adults and children, still went swimming in the river. Meanwhile, the water level measured in this area in the afternoon fluctuated from 262 - 275cm, a level that has been warned to be dangerous.

Currently, the rain continues, Hoa Binh Lake is maintaining a bottom discharge gate, the water level on the river is still fluctuating. People should absolutely not be subjective when bathing in the river, because this potentially threatens the lives of themselves and their children.
