Authorized by the President, Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces to Factory Z127.  

The speech at the ceremony was presented by Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Phong, Director of Factory Z127, reviewing the glorious history and outstanding achievements of the factory.

Entering the period of innovation and in recent years, Factory Z127 has promoted tradition, reorganized the organization, innovated technology, invested in new equipment lines, and excellently completed assigned tasks. The Party Committee, commanders, and all cadres, workers, and employees of the factory regularly uphold the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, and self-improvement, building a strong and clean Party organization, a comprehensively strong unit, and "exemplary models".

In recognition of its outstanding achievements, Factory Z127 was honored to receive many noble awards from the Party, State of Vietnam and State of Laos, including the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry congratulated and praised the glorious achievements of Factory Z127 over the past 59 years. To continue to inherit and promote traditions, meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung requested Factory Z127 to thoroughly grasp, seriously and effectively implement the policies and directions of the Party, State, and Army on developing the defense industry, combining economy with defense; strengthen political and ideological education, education to promote traditions, raise awareness and responsibility for cadres, employees, and workers to be determined to complete assigned tasks well.

The factory performs well the function of a production labor force, maintains and organizes production and business to achieve high efficiency and in accordance with the law. Actively innovates, creates, improves management and administration capacity, promotes internal resources, exploits all potentials and advantages, and performs well in corporate governance. Proactively builds a factory development strategy to meet immediate and long-term requirements. Effectively coordinates the implementation of key programs and projects on technology transfer, production, and manufacturing of advanced and modern weapons, equipment, and defense products, focusing on the investment project to build a new factory in Pho Yen to become a center for production, manufacturing, and supplying high-quality alloy ingots and advanced and modern weapons, equipment, supplies, and defense products of the Army.

The factory proactively reviews, arranges, and organizes the apparatus and structure in a professional, streamlined, and efficient manner. Coordinates to promote trade, effectively serving military and defense tasks. Implements corporate culture well, maintains reputation and brand, creates customer trust; strengthens international cooperation, maintains infrastructure and technology capacity, expands markets, ensures good jobs, income, and improves the lives of officers, employees, and workers.

Major General Dinh Quoc Hung requested that Factory Z127 take care of building a team of cadres and employees who are "both red and professional", exemplary, dedicated, responsible, and devoted to their tasks. Focus on building high-quality human resources, especially good engineers and highly skilled technicians in the fields of research, design, manufacturing, repair, and improvement of weapons and technical equipment. Have appropriate policies and mechanisms to attract and effectively use a team of high-quality cadres and skilled technical workers to meet the requirements and tasks of national defense development and the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country in the new period.
