Proactively practicing and mastering air and ground plans, ready to handle situations well; the level and capability of the Regiment's combat readiness have been substantially and firmly improved.

To successfully complete the political tasks, the Party Committee and the Regiment Commander have had many solutions to lead the implementation of the breakthrough "Improving the quality of regular training, sports training, competitions, drills, and live-fire training". The Regiment proactively developed plans, did a good job of preparation, invested in consolidating and renewing hundreds of initiatives, models, teaching aids, and drawings; opened 15 training classes and fostered cadres; invested more than 120 million VND annually in training. Organized training seriously and closely; focused on training cadres, training combat crews, training in exploitation and proficient use of new weapons and equipment, basic contents of administrative reform and digital transformation. The test results were 100% satisfactory, with 85.3% being good or excellent. Every year, participating in state transition training, organizing drills for units and participating in drills, competitions, sports, and live-fire shooting organized by all levels, all achieve excellent results, with high prizes, and absolute safety.

The work of building the Regiment Party Committee has been comprehensively and effectively implemented, focusing on improving the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and Party cells; especially the discipline and quality of leadership activities and thematic activities. 100% of Party members have written a commitment to strive to strictly implement the Party's resolutions, directives and regulations, regularly "self-examine" and "self-correct"; prevent and stop signs of moral and lifestyle degradation among cadres and Party members. Effectively implement the model of "Four-good Party Cells" and "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees". From 2020 to present, the entire Party Committee has admitted 64 new Party members. Every year, 100% of Party organizations, cadres and Party members complete their tasks or better, of which more than 90% complete their tasks excellently and well.
